Las Vegas Flags of All Nations Clean Energy Condominium Project Steps Forward And Campaign Funding Is On the Table For Local County Commission Race

John Bonaventura ? (Clark County, Nevada, County Commission Candidate) will support plans to develop a 5,000 Unit World Class "Flags of all Nations" Condominium Development project underway in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Country Club. John Bonaventura has met in a recent series of meetings to give his support to Mr. Gary Walters, Managing General Partner and majority stockholder of Nevada based BBX Equity Group, LLC and Scott A. Ervin, the projects Managing Director, and arising Candidate for Nevada's Assembly District 29.Bonaventura said, "This is a win - win situation and the campaign will receive money and support within the Nevada campaign contribution limits and the legal time frame to receive contributions." John Bonaventura explained that he is particularly pleased to be supporting this most important project and as a new County Commissioner in Las Vegas, his support for this project would be a key step in bringing positive impacts to Las Vegas and Clark County, and because of its "Zero Pollution Energy Solutions" it is a major keystone to Bonaventura's campaign.Former Nevada State Assemblyman John Bonaventura, made it clear that Clark County has been on the non-attainment federal pollution compliance list and when elected he will bring a matrix of "Zero Pollution Energy Solutions to Clark County", shifting the commissions focus to a 21st century economy and providing greater support for small businesses and high-tech and emerging companies; and preserving the area's quality of life by fighting to protect clean air and clean water.
BBX Equities Group, along with Scott A.

Ervin, the projects Managing Director, will bring this exciting development to occupancy. BBX Equity intends to develop, up to 5,000 world-class corporate condominiums. The design concept with the skillful guidance of Mr. Harry Campbell of HCA Associates will reflect the spirit of our community and the Nation, while projecting the vision of a futuristic Las Vegas from a pair of arches crossing at the apex form the foundation of a living community that is energy efficient and fun to look at while also sporting a 19th hole multi story restaurant with many additional exciting amenities, all tailored for the world class occupants expected to own parts of this property in the sky.The current plan will allow current members the ability to play golf for free for 3 years upon completion of the magnificent 5,000 units "Flags of All Nations" development. John Bonaventura has pledged to help the BBX Equity Group, LLC to secure a sufficient number of votes, allowing for approval to be issued and construction to be completed by the developer.Bonaventura explained that there are three groups expressing interest to buy the golf course and the golfing rights at the Las Vegas Country Club including Steve Wynn who offered now about $50 million for the course and the golfing rights.

Bonaventura thinks that Steve Wynn is after the water rights and his plans are not as good as what the BBX Equity Group has planned for the Country Club.Bonaventura explained the unique Las Vegas history of the proposed development.
"I was raised here, I'm no Johnny come lately, and I know the history of Las Vegas from my own life experience".
He relates that the Las Vegas Country Club site was first developed in 1920 as Anderson Field, Las Vegas' first airport, which was later renamed Rockwell Field. It was moved to Nellis Air Force Base in 1929 and then the site became the Thunderbird Downs and later was called Las Vegas Downs and Joe W. Brown Racetrack in the 1950s.Brown, sold it to Marvin Kratter of Nevada Equities, who built the first true country club in Las Vegas and the golf course was finished in 1967.

The clubhouse was completed in 1968 when Kratter opened it as the Las Vegas International Country Club. In the late 1960s, he sold it to the Bonanza, a Strip hotel at the time, and it was renamed the Bonanza Country Club and Corral. In late 1970, it was sold to four partners of Realty Holdings -- Moe Dalitz, Harry Lahr, Nate Adelson and Irwin Molasky -- who renamed it the Las Vegas Country Club and took it private in July 1971.Now in 2004, BBX Equity Group is looking at the benefits that a new and improved site would bring to Las Vegas. "The golf club will be preserved and the Country Club will move into the 21st Century as a model for others to follow", stated Bonaventura.Wynn is already developing an 18-hole golf course on the old Desert Inn site. Bonaventura asked; "Why does he need this golf course?" "I think that Wynn is really after the water rights, which he needs to support water features at his new Las Vegas development." Others have speculated that he may want to redevelop the entire country club, and possibly the Las Vegas Hilton as well, as another mega-resort but no plans have been reveled. The BBX Equity Group has funded many projects around the country including NanoSignal Corp.

(OTCBB: NNOS) - Formerly MicroSignal, which received an initial $5 million in funding arranged by the BBX Equity Group. MicroSignal is a Pittsburgh-area developer of medical imaging software for MRIs, they have retained the BBX Equity Group in the past to help with funding.John Bonaventura is also a consultant for NanoSignal Corp. along with Energy Ventures Organization, Inc., of which John is the CEO. Energy Ventures Organization has arranged for the purchase of Ballard AirGen? fuel cell generators to be tested and included in NanoSignal's SLICES? Products. The AirGen? fuel cell generator is a fuel-cell based portable self contained power supply designed for use in medical, home and office environments.

At the heart of the AirGen? fuel cell generator is a Ballard? fuel cell that combines oxygen from ambient air and hydrogen to generate electrical power.Bonaventura said, "It is exactly this kind of alternative energy that we need to concentrate on." The fuel cell process does not involve combustion and has a zero emissions product. Water vapor and heat are released as by-products. The fuel cell can operate continuously as long as hydrogen is supplied. It is very simple and fundamental Bonaventura said, "Hydrogen can be made from H2O (water) using zero energy input, therefore water can be used as an efficient alternative energy source."The BBX Equity Group has also helped companies like Barrington Foods International, Inc. (OTCBB: BFII) and SkyBridge Wireless, Inc..Besides the Wynn and the BBX Equity Group offers, John Bonaventura explained that according to a zoning change filed with the County on March 31, other past plans called for building of two residential towers of 125 units each.

Those plans have been put on hold, according to county planners.John Bonaventura said he is supporting the BBX Equity Group in its plans for the property. "It's the only plan on the table that makes since for this property and this opportunity will bring a matrix of "Zero Pollution Energy Solutions" to Clark County."John Bonaventura brings a combination of political, business, and public/non-profit experience to the table. Previously he served as a Nevada State Assemblyman and as a Lobbyist in the Nevada State Legislature in 1999, and is currently the CEO of Energy Ventures Organization, Inc. (a private Nevada company) and the President and CEO of Crown Partners, Inc. (OTCBB: CRWP ? a publicly traded company).CONTACT INFORMATION:Louis Macias (805) 450-0061http://www.Bonaventura.net.

Must Have Gadgets For Notebook Owners (Part 2 of 2)

An Optical MouseNotebooks are normally equipped with touch pads which can be awkward. There's no substitute for the mouse. Notebooks are predominantly used on a static, flat surface. With wireless broadband hotspots mushrooming all over the nation's transit locations, table tops have become as much mobile computing desktops as surfaces on which lattes sit. The touch pads on notebooks are also rather vulnerable to damage by static electricity, which is a common occurrence in aircraft cabins, carpeted airport lounges and offices and will become a big problem when you're on the road and lose the function of your primary pointing device.

A good optical mouse - wired or wireless - must be able to track movement on varying tabletop surfaces. Optical mice traditionally had problems with glossy, transparent, or light-colored surfaces, but technology has advanced to a level that these problems are almost non-existent. Although wireless mice are the trend these days, stick to a wired optical...
